A widower who lost his wife in the early 1960′s, Daily is tall, lean and hasn’t ‘spent a day in the hospital’ — but his mortgage is in crisis. Dailey is the victim of predatory lending and his mortgage payment increases on a monthy basis. I photographed him in his home for McClatchy-Tribune News Service.

A quick portrait session with TARP Chairwoman Elizabeth Warren in her spartan offices, then a few minutes with 75 year-old Senator Grassely as he tweets between meetings in the Hart Senate Office Building, and finished with a 20-second photo-op of Senator Crapo meeting Supreme Court Justice nominee Sonia Sotomayor.

All-in-all, it was less than 15-minutes of actual shooting.
