Dennis Quaid waits to address the National Press Club luncheon.

Isaac Daily, 82, owns and lives in a South East Washington, DC condo which is set in a park like setting away from the noise and traffic of downtown. A widower who lost his wife in the early 1960′s, Daily is tall, lean and hasn’t ‘spent a day in the hospital’ — but his mortgage is in crisis. Dailey is the victim of predatory lending and his mortgage payment increases on a monthy basis. I photographed him in his home for McClatchy-Tribune News Service.
The Detroit News asked me to photograph their reporter’s interview with President Obama’s auto recovery czar Ed Montgomery in his Department of Labor office. Here are a few of the 17 images I sent to Motown.
I spent Tuesday on Capitol Hill for McClatchy Tribune News Service. A quick portrait session with TARP Chairwoman Elizabeth Warren in her spartan offices, then a few minutes with 75 year-old Senator Grassely as he tweets between meetings in the Hart Senate Office Building, and finished with a 20-second photo-op of Senator Crapo meeting Supreme Court Justice nominee Sonia Sotomayor.
All-in-all, it was less than 15-minutes of actual shooting.
Fri 6/19: Got a call from a photo editor at Business Week who wants to use one of the Elizabeth Warren images
